We are working on patterning in math for the next week. This is our patterning math challenge. Design a game for the class using the instructions below. Type your answer in the comment box and we will try your game in class.
Imagine a large group of people sitting in a circle. The first person says1, the next says 2, and so on. But if the number has a five in it, the person says “Buzz” instead of the number and is out. Choose the number of people for your circle. After several rounds of the game, who is the last person remaining? Drawing a picture may help you solve this problem.
